Kim Bosshardt, Attorney and General Manager.Kim has been practicing real estate law since graduating from UF in 2003. She oversees all title orders and conducts closings. Ms. Bosshardt manages the office, reviews and signs title commitments, title policies, and title policy endorsements. Kim is also managing member of Moulton Bosshardt, LLC a real estate firm focusing in Landlord-Tenant Matters, Contract Issues, Real Estate Development, Business Entity Formation, Probate Law, and Quiet Title Actions. She is a member of The Florida Bar and the American Bar Association. Kim is active with community involvement in various capacities including serving on the Child Advocacy Center board, B’nai Israel Community Day School Advisory Board, WUFT Advisory Board, University of Florida Performing Arts Advisory Board. She is also a member of the Gainesville Jr. League. Kim has three children and enjoys spending time with her family.
Lisa brings a wealth of title experience with her to Bosshardt Title Insurance Agency, LLC. Her more than 25 years of experience spans a large scope of the title industry. Residential, commercial and construction closings are the ‘normal’ for her. She can easily move from Community Development Bonds for developers, to time shares and then to large acreage transfers. Through the years her ability to adapt has taken her from Contract for Deed to the current industry challenge of short sales From implementation of the commitment, to the final closing, Lisa is well versed in the Florida Title Industry Regulations and Procedures. She comes to us with a thorough working knowledge of the new HUD and GFE.
Lisa’s strength is in her exceptional customer service; you and your transaction are important to you; she makes them just as important to her. Lisa has worked hand in hand with most major Lenders, Real Estate Agencies and Mortgage Brokers throughout the USA and is well acquainted with their procedures and expectations.
Lisa has raised three children, likes to travel and work with her hands. Creative endeavors keep her mind fresh and versatile. Currently, Lisa serves on the Board of Directors for the city of Alachua Chamber of Commerce and has found, from living in this area, the place she plans to retire.
Carolina is a licensed Title Agent. She began working at Moulton Bosshardt, LLC where she later joined Bosshardt Title Insurance Agency in January of 2008. She has experience in real estate and enjoys making your most profound investment as enjoyable and as stress-free as possible. Carolina works with the file from time of contract, coordinating all of the necessary information for the closing. She also conducts closings. Carolina is bilingual in Spanish and can explain the closing process and closing documents in Spanish.
Being born in New York and raised in Miami, Florida she and her husband wanted a better way of life for their 3 boys and in that respect, in 2006, they moved their family north, taking residency in Gainesville where they are active in many community sports and school activities.
